"I Am Very Happy With My New Roof"
My first insurance adjuster told me the roof had minor damage, with a second opinion from Divine Roofing (Michael Moore), I called my insurance and asked to have my roof re-inspected. When the second adjuster called I mentioned that I would like to have Divine present to help me (home owner) make sure I did not sign off on any damage. After the re-inspection, Mike helped in my roof being declared total roof replacement. (Thanks Mike!) Divine took it from there and replaced my roof with minor weather delays. "Divine Roofing Far Exceeds These Expectations"
At a time when great customer service is lacking, Divine Roofing far exceeds these expectations. After our "new" roof of 2 1/2 years began to deteriorate, the original roofer (Abello"s) dropped the ball and left us to figure out how to fix the defective roof. After receiving the claim completion from TAMCO PRODUCTS (roofing shingles), we called Divine Roofing. We saw their company mentioned on KKTV News many times. Bryan came by that same week, took the ball and ran with it. Even though Divine Roofing encountered numerous problems with TAMCO PRODUCTS not replacing all necessary materials to redo our roof, they moved forward incurring costs on their own to complete the job. "Courteous, Understanding, Knowledgeable And Professional"
From the beginning Mike and Ramona were courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. They inspected my roof and found hail damage. They took pictures and showed me what they found, explained the options available, provided information and sites where I could get additional information over and above what they had already given me. When the decision was reached to move forward with reroofing (no pressure, just available to answer our questions), they were "there" and worked with the insurance adjustor ... great support! When deciding on type and color of shingles/drip edge to use, Mike and Ramona were patient and when we narrowed it down to couple of choices, took the time to provide pictures of "our house" with the various shingle styles/colors we were considering ... made our decision much easier. When we finally got some decent weather (the right temperature for the right number of days was important to them), the crew was on time, professional, did an excellent job and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. When the job was complete, Mike was here to check on all the work ... roof, gutters, deck, screens ... the few punch list items he found were taken care of immediately. Forgot to mention, Divine Roofing provides a 10 year workmanship warranty. Divine Roofing, Mike and Ramona, did a GREAT job for us and made replacing the roof and other damage about as easy as it can get.
