Celebrating 3 Years of Divine Roofing!

A major milestone was reached on October 5, 2015 - Divine Roofing and Restoration turned 3!

No minor feat in this industry, or any industry for that matter especially considering where owner Michael Moore was just a few years prior - homeless and lost on his path. Until one day by "Divine" intervention, Michael had a spiritual awakening and put himself in God's hands. The result? Divine Roofing and Restoration. Michael hit the ground running since day one, and has been blessed with astronomical growth, doubling the size of the company every year, with year 3 welcoming a slew of new faces.
Yes, Michael's story is both jaw dropping and truly inspirational. From the humble beginnings as a one man show, Michael has made it his number one priority to take care of his clients, and even his "not-yet" clients, which in turn yielded a superb reputation in town and one of a handful with Five Star ratings.
Michael realized pretty early on he was on the path of rapid growth and brought on Lillian, our Office Manager, aka "Office Mom", who makes sure ties are on straight and shoes are polished. With Lillian holding down the fort at the office, Mike's next move was to duplicate his sales power. Bryan joined the Divine team as our Lead Sales Representative. Being truly customer centric, he fit right in with the polite, southern gentleman demeanor, strong work ethic and wicked sense of humor which Mike is also famous for. Yes, there's a lot of laughter here at Divine headquarters, peppered in between the busy work schedule.
Once a bit of the sales load was shared with Bryan, Mike took the opportunity to reconnect with his sons Josh and Greg, who, at the time, were living in Georgia. The newly transplanted boys, quickly took to both their father and the business and are now managing crews and are boots on the ground for the Divine family.

Saturday evening, Michael treated the growing Divine family to an Anniversary Celebration dinner at the Elephant bar. The Prosecco flowed and the toasting began with Michael sharing his story in a very touching and vulnerable moment that literally provoked a few tears - particularly from Lillian, Divine's longest standing employee. Fiercely loyal to Michael and Divine Roofing, she upholds the Divine motto of "We bring everlasting commitment to your satisfaction".
2015 welcomed more new faces at Divine, including Demetria, our Restoration Coordinator and Nate, our Operations man for the newly launched Divine Restoration services division. People weren't the only addition – a fleet of Divine trucks and carpet cleaning vans and a new home where to park them were added. And the biggest addition of all, in both personality and experience, Tony came on board as the other half of the Divine Restoration division.

When you walk into the Divine offices you'll be greeted by 2 lovely faces, Christina our Receptionist and Laura our Admin Assistant. The girls started on the same day in July and have been a dynamic team ever since. Cosmic coincidence, perhaps?
Also new to the team this year are Justin, Mike and Richard operations support to Greg and Josh.
And finally, I joined the Divine team, just last month as the Marketing Manager, jumping right into the stew and stirring up the pot - yes we're in Colorado, but no pun intended!
As the latest addition to the team, it was truly an honor to be part of Saturday evening's smorgasbord and celebration, and although my contributions are just beginning, I am genuine

Laura, Admin Assistant to Michael Moore

ly excited to be part of this loyal family and looking forward to what I can contribute as we move into year 4 and beyond!
