This wonderful family wasn’t in an emergency situation. We got to replace the roof on time! This home was damaged considerably by the May 21st, 2014 hail storm that passed through Colorado Springs. There were hail hits that actually busted through the shingles – and they had no idea. They did know that it was time for a roof inspection though since their roof was over 20 years old. They didn’t realize they were down to about two more months left to claim damage to their roof with insurance.
Typically, insurance claims are for catastrophic events such as a severe hail storm. There is a limited amount of time in which to file the claim and have your Colorado Springs roof repaired or sometimes insurance companies declare that you have been negligent. We were able to complete this project in one day, taking off the hail damaged T-Lock shingles and replacing them with GAF Timberline HD’s. The color of the shingles really makes the trim pop out and look great. We have a wide variety of colors and designs to choose from if you’re interested in changing the look of your home. A roof, especially on steeper roofs, represents 40% or more of the home's curb appeal.
