Only Three Months Left To File Claims!

On May 21st 2014 a severe hail storm crossed El Paso County, Colorado. There were thousands of homes affected and less than 50% of the homes have obtained proper inspections of their roofs and exterior.
Waiting until a leak occurs is a costly and sometimes devastating practice. Hail damage does not typically manifest itself immediately. Insurance companies would never require you to wait until that happens because the financial costs are much higher when a leak breaches the roofing system.
Most insurance companies require that a claim to be filed and the problem corrected within one year of the hailstorm date. Time is almost up to obtain an inspection and file an insurance claim.
This is our business, so in genuine concern for property owners and managers we are issuing a three month warning. We are attempting to save homeowners a lot of stress and money if a leak due to roof failure caused by hail did occur after the deadline.
Lastly, we offer completely free inspections and reports on the condition of your roof and exterior. There is no obligation, this is a courtesy service.
Simply call us now for a free inspection, it's not worth the money involved to wait, time is almost up.
Have a wonderful day, from the Divine Roofing & Restoration team!
